Today’s Weight: 123.5

I have a problem with getting enough sleep…. and that is bad…. of course… For one, I feel tired most of the time. I get up and my body aches and I feel so stiff. I never wake up with enough time in the morning to enjoy getting up. I only have enough time to get the basics done. I eat breakfast (cereal b/c its fast) and I take a shower and get ready (I just blow dry my hair, I don’t even wear make up). And some how I still get to work late every day.

I have always had sleeping problems as a child, teenager and now as an adult. Before, I slept late because I just could not fall to sleep. I must have been stressed out all the time. As I got older and felt more in control of my life I guess I feel less stressed out so I don’t have as much problems with insomnia. Now, my problem is I just don’t want to go to sleep. I spend so much time at work that I want to stay up and entertain myself and do all the reading and Internet surfing, etc etc.. that I want to do and “I don’t want to go to bed” My eyes are blurry and I feel like a 3 year old that wants to prove she can stay up late.

What can convince me to go to sleep!!??? My other problem, also is that I start to wake up at night. I can be dragging my body around like a useles carcass but once it hits 9pm I don’t feel so sleepy any more. ARRRGGG what do I do!!???

Has any one else had this problem? can any one give me some advice? I would appreciate it.
