Today’s Weight: 123.5

I guess I should be happy that its the same. My weight that is. I had some very yummy steak and potato left overs last night. Im sure I must have eaten about 8 ounces of red meat. And I have a feeling they used a whole stick of butter in the mashpotatos. Oh yes. and the drink. The one good thing about eating smaller portions of food is that you get buzzed a lot faster with less drink.

Today I wanted to talk about fruit. You should eat it pretty much.. I think. hee hee.. When Im good I eat two pieces of fruit every day as my between meal snacks. I eat a banana every day. For the most part >_> … Bananas are my favorite b/c  you don’t have to put them in a special container. You don’t have to clean them and you don’t have to wash your hands before you eat them. I like to call the peel “Natures Napkin”.. :-D   Not that I dont like washing my hands. But when your at work I try not to leave my desk too much. The next fruit after bananas has to be nectarines and peaches. Those involve the washing of the fruit and the hands before eating. :-p . Something else I notice when I eat my fruit everyday is that it helps me lose weight. But that is if Im consistent. The fruit keeps me full enough so Im not starving by lunch or dinner time and I eat a more sensible meal. PLUS!!! Its much more healthy to eat a 70 calorie banana then 100 calorie snack pack of empty carbs.
