Today’s Weight: 123.5

This is what I normally do when I try to maintain or lose weight. I weigh myself every day in the morning before I eat and after I use the bathroom.. >_> ahem… but this should give me the most accurate weight.

Right now….. I seem to do a good job during the week. I may lose another pound by Friday. But then the weekend comes about and who knows what I end up eating or doing and the pound or two I lost during the week jumps back on!! It’s very frustrating but I have not yet motivated myself enough to be extra diligent during the weekend.

So far, so good today. I was good for breakfast and lunch. We will see about dinner. But I still have alot of problems falling to sleep and I am soooo tired all the time. :-(
