I was listening to this pod cast called Fat 2 fit and they suggested making a blog to chronicle ones weight loss goals, tips, experiences. So here I am typing stuff up…. <sigh> Until I figure out a format this is going to be random. Hopefully I will have a good post every now and then.

About me.
In the past year I gained 10 pounds going from 114 to 124 pounds. The people I know like to call it happy weight b/c I gained it after I meet my boyfriend. Before I met him, I ate to nourish my body and not for the enjoyment of eating. It worked out fine. But then… “HE” introduced me to cream sauce on Pasta!! and the french fries at Del taco!!! say what you will but those are good cheep french fries.. The other thing that happened to me was I am really out of shape. I used to take dance lessons and exercise regularly. Now I do NOTHING!

At this point I don’t really dream to even get back to 114. I would never get to enjoy food and booze if went that low. At this point I would be happy to lose 5 pounds and see how many of my skinny clothes I can get back into.
